Effective May 1, 2021, foreign nationals with valid visas at the time of entry shall be allowed entry to the Philippines subject to the following conditions:
With pre-booked accommodation for at least seven (7) nights in an accredited quarantine hotel/facility;
Subject to COVID-19 testing at the quarantine hotel/facility on the sixth (6th) day from date of arrival;
Subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers at the port and date of entry;
Not holders of Special Resident and Retirees Visa (SRRV) and Temporary Visitor's Visa (Section 9[a]), unless they present an entry exemption issued by the DFA; and
Not a traveler coming from India and/or no travel history from India within the last fourteen (14) days preceding arrival (applicable until May 14, 2021); and
With valid Special Return Certificate or Reentry Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration.
